Use Car IRL responsibly
Keep your account secure. Only upload photos and descriptions you have the right to use and share. Do not post unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content; spam, impersonation, harassment, and attempts to bypass access or usage limits are not allowed. Do not use the app while driving.
Your content and community
You retain rights to your content. By uploading it, you allow us and our service providers to store and process it to operate Car IRL. If you choose to publish it, you also allow it to be displayed to community users. You can remove shared content or delete your account. We may restrict content or accounts to address abuse, legal requirements, or security risks. Report concerns through the post menu or our support email.
AI results and vehicle values
AI identifications, generation matches, and price estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and correct results before saving. Values are broad estimates, not appraisals, buying or selling offers, or guarantees of condition or authenticity. Independently verify information before making a purchase or other important decision.
Free and Pro access
Free accounts include three AI classifications. Pro includes 30 classifications per monthly quota period, for either monthly or annual billing. Unused classifications do not roll over. Manual selection, corrections, collection features, and the community feed remain free. Rate limits, safety checks, and temporary service availability limits apply; Pro is not unlimited AI access.
Subscriptions
Current prices, currency, and billing period appear in the app before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are billed upfront and renew yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Removing the app or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple, subject to its policies and applicable law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, or change the service. Outages, provider limits, and security controls can temporarily affect AI processing or other features. If you experience a problem with paid access, contact support. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated as required by Apple and applicable law.
Privacy
Our privacy policy describes what information is processed, including optional AI photo processing, community sharing, and account deletion.
